Joshua has over 12 years experience in Human Capital Management Profession as a Compensation & Payroll Officer handling payroll for both expatriates and local staff.

Joshua currently is the Ghana Recruitment Business Partner for Operam MSP West Africa Ltd, has oversight of company’s business development with major focus in the Oil & gas industry and keeping the company in line with compliance and international standard.

He also interact with Statutory bodies and directly involved in Operations in Oil & Gas Industry such as the Petroleum Commission, Ghana Immigration Service, The Bank of Ghana, Labor Department, The Revenue Authority, etc.

Joshua is an employee-centered person and is also known for his strong view when dealing with welfare issues concerning staff. He’s known for his strong leadership skills and a keen ability to foster positive work culture. A passionate supporter of Man United known for his unwavering loyalty to the club. He embodies the spirit of the Red Devils, celebrating their victories and supporting them through challenging times. Joshua is very sociable, likes traveling enjoys listening to cool reggae music.
