Kwame Ampong is a versatile, proactive, and result-oriented Project Management Professional with a passion for value creation. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in end-to-end Project Management and talent acquisition processes across a wide range of Companies in United Kingdom, France, Aberdeen, The Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana.

He joined Operam West Africa to support our main client, Tullow Oil as their HR Business and Recruitment Partner. Kwame provides a fresh way of developing and managing Tullow’s workforce using innovative technology, and he and the Operam Team develop and evolve its client’s business to save money, improve their recruitment process, centralise their payroll and ensure full compliance.

Kwame is dedicated to working with clients to provide unique solutions that benefit all parties. His knowledge of the oil and gas industry with respect to Local Content and general industry intelligence helped in ensuring that Operam remained both proactive and responsive to the needs of existing and prospective clients.

Kwame is a girl dad with a big heart, an easy-going nature, and a knack for finding humour in just about anything. I’ve poured my love for music into production work for some amazing Ghanaian artists, bringing unique sounds to life. Football is my other passion – I’m a dedicated Manchester United fan and stand by Accra Hearts of Oak through every match! Beyond music and football, I’m all about advocating for men’s mental health. I believe every man should feel free to express emotions, speak up, and know they’ll be truly heard.
