Richard is a Senior Recruitment Specialist with over 30 years of experience in agency, in-house, and outsourced recruitment solutions. His expertise spans global markets, and he has a deep passion for Engineering and Technology. With more than 20 years in the Oil & Gas industry, Richard has cultivated a robust international network and consistently surpasses expectations.

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Richard leads the permanent recruitment strategy and manages hiring for roles at all levels. He brings a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines, thriving particularly in the technically demanding subsurface space.

Richard is dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. He expertly manages expectations and continuously shares up-to-date market insights to provide a seamless, informed, and enjoyable hiring process.

Richard is a father of two adults, one is a Goldsmith and the other makes costumes for theatre and TV. He doesn’t know where they have got the ability to work with their hands so well as he can’t put up a shelf let alone do anything else with his hands. He has coached rugby teams from Primary School age all the way to Under 18s, with the pinnacle being the Under 10s Tag Team champions in Kent. Richard is a big advocate of Diversity and Inclusion as part of the whole recruitment process.
